If you are based within Europe, but do not see the item you’d like to purchase on this website, you may be able to purchase the item via our US website if the item is available there. Please note, if you purchase the item via our US website it will be shipping from our US warehouse. It will adhere to shipping and return policies of our US website which are different to our localized Europe website. We recommend reading the terms and conditions on the US website before placing your order.
- GENERAL INFORMATION
We process orders within 1-3 business days. We make sure to take the utmost care when packing your order. Every order is immaculately packed by a member of our customer care team who is devoted to ensuring that your order arrives in a safe and timely manner.
Some delays may be experienced during sales and public holidays. Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. 7115 by Szeki cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delayed in Customs.
All orders have a tracking number so the package can be traced. When an order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information for your package. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands.

In the web shop prices are displayed in Danish Krone (DKK) or Euros (EUR) depending on the region you are shopping from. The final price at the checkout when you pay will be calculated in DKK. The prices include Danish VAT at 25%.
- RATES AND SERVICES
All orders in Denmark will be shipped with UPS or PostNord. We offer free domestic shipping on all orders within Denmark over 800 DKK. All orders under 800 DKK will incur a shipping charge of 50 DKK.
For all others countries that we currently ship to in Europe, we offer a flat rate shipping of 150 DKK, all orders will be shipped with UPS.
*We currently do not offer express shipping at this time.
- DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE
Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday. Orders submitted over a weekend or on a Danish public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
We currently deliver to the countries listed below with the exception of some areas. Over time we hope to expand our offering to more countries. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that all prices listed on our website are inclusive of Danish VAT. Extra import duties may be applied once your package reaches customs depending on destination country. Duties and customs is the responsibility of the customer. 7115 is not able to cover any duties and customs cost.
Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, 7115 by Szeki is not responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
If you choose not to pay the customs/duties incurred on your package, your shipment will be treated as 'abandoned' and no refunds will be issued for your order.
