Please note, if you purchase the item via our US website it will be shipping from our US warehouse. It will adhere to shipping and return policies of our US website which are different to our localized Europe website. We recommend reading the terms and conditions on the US website before placing your order. 

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION 

We process orders within 1-3 business days. We make sure to take the utmost care when packing your order. Every order is immaculately packed by a member of our customer care team who is devoted to ensuring that your order arrives in a safe and timely manner.

Some delays may be experienced during sales and public holidays. Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. 7115 by Szeki cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delayed in Customs.

All orders have a tracking number so the package can be traced. When an order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information for your package. In some cases this may be caught by your junk filter, so please check your spam folder before contacting us. 

Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands.

  1. PRICES

In the web shop prices are displayed in Danish Krone (DKK). The final price at the checkout when you pay will be calculated in DKK. The prices include Danish VAT at 25%. 

  1. RATES AND SERVICES 

+ Orders shipping within Denmark

  • Free on orders over 1200 DKK
  • Orders under 1200 DKK will incur a shipping charge of 50 DKK
  • Orders ship with UPS or PostNord

+ Orders shipping to countries within the EU: 

  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee of 150DKK
  • All orders ship with UPS or GLS
+ Orders shipping to Non-EU European countries:
  • Includes but not exclusive of: Iceland, Norway, Switzerland
  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee of 200 DKK on all orders (does not include extra customs and duties incurred at the destination country)
  • Full priced items can only be returned for STORE CREDIT/EXCHANGE. No refunds can be authorized. 
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds or exchanges can be authorized. 
  • Customer is responsible for any customs and duties incurred upon delivery
  • Customer is responsible for any return customs and duties incurred
  • All orders will be shipped with UPS

+ Orders shipping internationally (United States, Australia, New Zealand, Asia): 
  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee of 350 DKK on all orders (does not include extra customs and duties incurred at the destination country)
  • All orders are FINAL SALE. No returns, refunds or exchanges can be authorized. 
  • All orders will be shipped with UPS

*We currently do not offer express shipping at this time.

Shipping addresses that are located in remote areas or outer zones may incur additional shipping fee costs. Upon order placement and after the shipping address is registered in our system, we may reach out with a custom invoice for the supplemental cost.

Please note that all prices listed on our website are inclusive of Danish VAT. If you are outside of the EU, you will be automatically refunded the VAT after your order has been processed and shipped. 

Extra import duties may be applied once your package reaches customs depending on destination country. 

Duties and customs is the responsibility of the customer. 7115 is not able to cover any duties and customs cost. Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The carrier will contact you directly requesting payment upon your order's arrival through customs, 7115 by Szeki is not responsible for these charges. 

Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you choose not to pay the customs/duties incurred on your package, your shipment will be treated as 'abandoned' and no refunds will be issued for your order.

  1. DELIVERY 

Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday. Orders submitted over a weekend or on a Danish public holiday will be processed on the next business day. 

We currently deliver to the countries listed below with the exception of some areas. If your country is not listed within our shipping regions, please feel free to email us at info@7115nyc.com.

Over time we hope to expand our offering to more countries. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders shipping to United States, Australia, Asia and New Zealand will be FINAL SALE as these will be shipping outside of the EU. We are not able to facilitate returns or exchanges due to high shipping and customs charges to customers. You will be automatically refunded the VAT after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note, your order may incur customs/duties charges when the item enters your destination country. 7115 is not responsible for customs/duties.
