Return Policy

Items within the Exclusive Offer collection are special in-store promotions that have been migrated to the online store due to Covid-19 mandated closures. There are two types of Exclusive Offer items: 

• Archive Editions: All sales of these items will be final sale. No returns, exchanges or refunds will be authorized on Archive Editions. 
• Exclusive Offer Editions: These editions are special in-store markdowns that have been migrated online. They will adhere to our in-store return policy. Returns for exchanges or store credit can be initiated. No refunds can be authorized. 

Please carefully check the description of items to determine the return policy of your item of choice. 

DELIVERY DURING COVID-19

We're processing online orders as per usual, but please allow for slower processing times due to the closures. Orders take between 1-5 business days for us to process.
