We are a 100% independently owned business which allows us the opportunity to make decisions as a company that are aligned with our values and beliefs. One of our core beliefs and promises, to our customers and ourselves, is delivering a quality garment that will last for years to come while being a responsible garment producer. We hope the information below provides further insight into how our company operates in our commitment to this goal.

Our seasonal styles are expertly crafted in small batches. Production runs from as little as 10 units per style to 100 units at most.

It’s no secret that clothing production is a wasteful industry. We choose to limit our production scale as a way to play our part in limiting waste and excess. We always aim to produce the exact amount of what can be made from the fabrics that we order. Small batch production also allows us control over the quality of our garments to ensure an enduring lifespan for the goods we produce.

Keeping garments at an accessible price point and delivering the quality that will last for years to come is exceptionally challenging to achieve in the world of garment production, at any level. It is even more difficult as a small batch producer, but we steadfastly stick by this scale as we feel this is how we will be able to deliver you with a long-lasting, quality garment that you can trust and believe in.

Since the pieces we produce are one of a few, we encourage a thoughtful and intentional approach to purchasing from 7115. We never recommend buying more than you need and we appreciate you taking your time to decide if a piece works for you and your lifestyle. If you are able to try something on, we invite you to visit one of our stores where our in-house stylists will be glad to assist.

We do occasionally run into situations where we have a small amount of excess due to an unexpected forecast, production errors, or cancelled orders from retail partners. Hence a sale period can occur from time to time.

Because we champion a thoughtful and intentional approach to shopping, we never want you to feel like you should purchase a piece solely because of any sales or discounted prices offered. Take your time in deciding. We encourage taking advantage of any sales when you are sure about the piece you are purchasing or when you can confidently trust that if the piece doesn’t work out, you’ll be happy to hold on to a store credit until you find something that does work for you. If you would like more flexibility in returns, no worries. You can always sit out the sale.

We whole-heartedly believe that customers should be completely satisfied with their purchase. But the reality is, we are also an independent business, offering pieces made in small batch, to a global online market. We try our best to strike a balance in upholding our ideals while also staying viable in the online space and servicing you as best as we can. The reason we offer returns for store credit/exchange only for sale items is because we simply don’t have enough stock on hand to accommodate the extended window of risk-free returns. This return policy helps to facilitate the time and resources that it takes to accommodate returns for sale/discounted items.

The way we operate is what makes 7115 uniquely us and we hope this explains why you may find our return policy differs from other businesses. Please reach out to us with any questions, before placing your order, if you are unsure about sizing and fit. We are always here to help.

We also understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If after much deliberation, you decide that the piece you bought doesn’t work for you and there will be nothing else in our future offerings that can work, we’ll happily issue a refund.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for your support and understanding while our team continues to honor our commitment to small batch production. We are grateful for having you with us on this journey!
